Salary: 20.75
We are looking for an experienced and dependable 3rd Shift Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations, support forklift drivers, and provide administrative support to the supervisor.
Lead and direct forklift drivers in their daily activities
Create paperwork and complete logs for all shipments
Assist with auditing shipments and paperwork
Communicate with customers regarding outgoing trucks
Provide administrative support to the supervisor
Fill in for the supervisor when needed
Help ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
Perform other duties as assigned
Overtime may be required
Excellent attendance and reliability
Previous leadership or warehouse experience preferred
Stand-up forklift certification required
RF scanner/system experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Strong attention to detail
Good math skills
Basic computer skills
Microsoft Excel experience required for data reporting
Ability to read and write English
Background check required.
