Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a dependable, hands-on individual to join a great team in a Warehouse position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, building and assembling products, and learning new skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to instructions and specifications
• Perform fabrication, assembly, and general warehouse duties
• Use hand tools and basic shop equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with welding and metal fabrication — welding experience is a plus, but we are willing to teach the right person
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
• Move, load, unload, and organize materials and finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work as part of a team to meet production and project goals
• Perform other hands-on duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Comfortable working with your hands and learning new skills
• Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
• Previous assembly, fabrication, warehouse, manufacturing, or construction experience is a plus
• Welding experience is helpful, but not required
• Must be comfortable working in both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned warehouse areas
• Ability to safely lift up to 90 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift
