What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve common desktop and application problems
• Respond to users through in-person communication, phone, email, and a ticketing system
• Training Room proctoring
• Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
• Escalate more complex technical issues when appropriate
• Provide timely, professional, and customer-focused support

What You’ll Need

• Previous help desk, desktop support, technical support, or related IT experience preferred
• Familiarity with Windows-based systems and common business applications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• IT-related education, certifications, or technical training are a plus

Location: Springfield, IL
Pay: $20-$25/hour
Length: 6-month contract
