Our Dunkirk, NY client is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as a General Laborer / Construction Worker. This position involves a variety of construction and labor-related tasks, including equipment operation, material handling, concrete work, and metal building installation. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, operating machinery, and supporting construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Drive company trucks (Non-CDL) to transport materials, equipment, and supplies to job sites.
• Perform concrete work, including preparation, pouring, finishing, and cleanup.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials and supplies as needed.
• Assist with framing projects using metal studs.
• Install metal siding and other exterior building materials.
• Follow all company safety procedures and job site regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to operate construction equipment safely.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with concrete work, metal stud framing, or metal siding installation is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
