Express Employment Professionals of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a motivated and dependable Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Ontario, CA.

This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude, strong basic math skills, and experience using a tape measure who wants to build additional machine operating and precision measuring skills.

You do not need to already know how to use micrometers and calipers—the company is willing to train!

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.

• Set up and monitor machinery during production.

• Measure materials and finished products to ensure accuracy.

• Perform routine quality checks throughout the production process.

• Accurately read and use a tape measure, including millimeter measurements.

• Learn to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.

• Identify basic production or quality issues and report concerns.

• Follow production specifications, work instructions, and safety procedures.

• Maintain an organized and safe work area.

• Work with the production team to meet daily quality and production goals.

Qualifications

• Strong basic math skills required.

• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure, including millimeters.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable working with manufacturing machinery and production equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance.

• Experience using calipers or micrometers is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is helpful.
