Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Position: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Overtime: Available

A growing manufacturing facility is hiring a dependable Manufacturing Laborer / Glass Production Worker for a hands-on position. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous glass handling, glass manufacturing, sheet metal, plywood, construction, fabrication, or material handling experience who is comfortable with physical work and heavy lifting.

• Spanish language proficiency is required for this position due to day-to-day workplace communication needs; bilingual English/Spanish candidates are also encouraged to apply

What You’ll Do

• Handle, move, stage, and organize glass and production materials
• Assist with general manufacturing and production duties
• Safely perform heavy lifting and material handling
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the work area
• Assist with glass production, fabrication, and preparation
• Follow instructions and established safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate a sit-down forklift when qualified
• Assist with additional production duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience working with glass in any capacity strongly preferred
• Experience with glass, sheet metal, plywood, fabrication, construction, or manufacturing is helpful
• Comfortable performing heavy, physical work
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Able to follow directions and learn new processes
• Sit-down forklift experience is a plus
• Must have steel-toe shoes

Work Environment

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
• 1-hour lunch
• Overtime opportunities available
• Non-climate-controlled environment — must be comfortable working in heat
• Safety sleeves, glasses, and work shirt provided
• Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment
