Maintenance Tech Assistant – Bend, Oregon

Location: Bend, OR

 Pay: $25

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

The Maintenance Tech Assistant supports the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring the property is clean, safe, and fully prepared for residents. This role plays a key part in keeping the community well-maintained, compliant with safety standards, and welcoming for new move-ins.

Key Responsibilities

• Trash pickup throughout the property

• Changing and restocking dog waste stations

• Assisting with unit turns to prepare homes for new move-ins

• Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor with daily tasks and projects

• General property upkeep to maintain a clean and safe environment

Experience

• Experience preferred but not required — we will train

• Ideal for someone eager to learn maintenance and property operations
