Express is hiring a reliable Apartment Maintenance Mechanic to oversee the day-to-day running of a property in Eustis.

Apartment Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs at the public housing authority homes
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with the AC units or the Hot Water Heaters
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs
• Basic skills in carpentry
• Basic skills in plumbing
• Basic skills in heating & electrical repairs
• Painting Experience

Apartment Maintenance Mechanic Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience repairing, performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting Apartment Maintenance  
• Experience with hand tools, hydraulics,
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
