Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Welder / Fabricator in Grapevine, TX for a growing manufacturing company specializing in aluminum flagpoles, custom flagpole components, and specialty metal fabrication products.

Pay: Starting at $213/Hr

Schedule: First Shift | Full-Time

Welder / Fabricator Job Responsibilities

As a Welder and Fabricator, you will support the production, assembly, welding, inspection, and shipment of aluminum products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Daily Duties

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair aluminum flagpoles, flagpole components, and specialty products
• Perform welding and metal fabrication as part of the manufacturing process
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, work orders, bills of material, and technical specifications
• Conduct quality inspections on welds, fabricated parts, and completed products
• Verify measurements and ensure finished products meet customer specifications
• Use computers to track production, job status, materials, and labor hours
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, stock organization, and material staging
• Prepare completed products for shipping and delivery
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing workspace

Welder / Fabricator Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Welding, fabrication, manufacturing, production, or mechanical assembly experience
• Aluminum welding or aluminum fabrication experience strongly preferred
• MIG welding and/or TIG welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, or fabrication prints
• Experience in metal fabrication, industrial manufacturing, or production environments
• Forklift certification or material handling experience is a plus
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team

Physical Requirements

• Stand and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Bend, twist, reach, and move materials throughout the production facility
• Work safely around industrial equipment, welding stations, fabrication tools, machinery, heat, and noise
• Wear required PPE and follow safety procedures
