Position Details:
Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

What You'll Do
- Operate CNC and automated manufacturing equipment
- Load materials into machines and monitor production processes
- Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Perform lathe operations and machining tasks
- Complete tapping and secondary manufacturing processes
- Operate chop saws and other production equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Support general production and manufacturing operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous CNC machine operation experience
- Lathe operation experience
- Tapping experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- Millwright experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to learn and apply technical skills effectively
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment
