Overnight Dispatcher

Salary: $18-20/hr

A wrecker service in Haltom City is hiring a overnight dispatcher.

 

Pay: $18-$20/hr, depending on experience

2 Shift's available: Dispatcher Overnight x2 each

Wednesday 1130pm-630am
Thursday-Saturday 7pm-6am

Sunday-Tuesday 7pm-6am
Wednesday 6:30pm-1:30am

Duties:

• Efficiently manage incoming service requests for vehicle towing and roadside assistance.
• Dispatch tow trucks to designated locations
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely response and resolution of service calls.
• Communicate with customers to gather essential information, provide updates, and address inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, including customer details, service provided, and timeframes.

Requirements:

• Accurate and efficient typing and data entry skills
• Customer service experience
• Call center or dispatching experience is a plus.
• This may not include all the requirements of the job
