We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for inspecting parts and materials to ensure they meet required quality and dimensional specifications.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured parts and incoming materials.
Use micrometers and calipers to accurately measure parts and verify dimensions.
Compare measurements against specifications, tolerances, blueprints, and work instructions.
Identify, document, and report defective or non-conforming materials.
Complete inspection reports and accurately record quality data.
Inspect parts for defects, damage, cleanliness, workmanship, and other quality concerns.
Follow established quality and safety procedures.
Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and team members.
Hands-on experience using micrometers and calipers strongly preferred.
Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, machining, or related experience preferred.
Ability to accurately read measurements and understand dimensional tolerances.
Blueprint or technical drawing experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Reliable attendance and ability to work independently.
