Roofing Yard & Delivery Helper

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Roofing Yard & Delivery Helper to join our team. This position supports daily warehouse and delivery operations by loading materials, assisting with deliveries, unloading products at jobsites and warehouse locations, and maintaining a clean and organized yard.

Responsibilities:

• Load roofing materials and supplies onto delivery trucks.
• Assist with deliveries by accompanying drivers to jobsites.
• Unload materials safely at customer locations and the warehouse yard.
• Load and organize materials at the employer's facility.
• Perform general cleanup of the warehouse, yard, and work areas.
• Operate a forklift when needed (training and certification preferred).
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the workday.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, and varying weather conditions.
• Must wear personal steel-toe work boots at all times.

Work Environment:

• Outdoor and warehouse-based position.
• Regular exposure to heat, cold, sun, dust, and changing weather conditions.
• Continuous lifting, bending, walking, and standing throughout the shift.

Schedule:

• Standard 8-hour workday.
• Must be available and willing to work overtime as needed based on business demands.
