We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Operations Associate to help prepare customer orders for the daytime production team.

This position combines light production work, computer-based reporting, data entry, and order preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with computers and production equipment, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy while working independently during an overnight shift.

Location: Lutz, FL
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Start Date: Sunday, October 4
Position Type: Full-Time, Overnight

Primary Responsibilities

• Print and cut message cards, labels, and order strips using a Duplo machine
• Run reports in Google Admin and enter information accurately into Excel spreadsheets
• Match order strips with the correct customer orders
• Organize and stage orders on trays
• Review work for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure all assigned orders are properly prepared and ready for the daytime shift
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills, including experience entering information into spreadsheets
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel preferred
• Ability to learn Google Admin and production equipment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dependable attendance and ability to consistently work the overnight schedule
• Previous warehouse, production, order fulfillment, printing, or similar experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to bend, reach, and move around the work area as needed
