We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Medical Call Center Representative to join a busy healthcare team!
💰 Pay: $18.50/hour📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday🏥 Medical Call Center Environment
Responsibilities include:• Answering incoming patient calls• Scheduling appointments• Providing excellent customer service• Updating patient information accurately• Handling a high volume of calls professionally• Assisting patients with questions and routing calls appropriately
Ideal candidates will have:• Strong phone and communication skills• Excellent customer service experience• Dependable attendance and professionalism• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment• Previous call center or medical office experience is a plus
