Afternoon/Evening Shift

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Take orders and operate the POS system.
• Prepare ice cream, cookies, shakes, and other menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Support catering orders and special events.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Reliable with good attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings.
• Occasional travel to events in the Akron/Tallmadge area (up to 10:00 PM).
