Maintenance Tech

Salary: $22 / hr

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable, experienced and efficient candidates for a Maintenance Technician position for an Apartment Complex. This position will pay $22 per hour, and the hours are from 10:30AM-6:00PM Monday-Friday.  Pay will increase to $29 per hour with medical benefits when hired.

Responsibilities:

• Performs basic maintenance- fix holes in walls, change lights, install door handles, install blinds, etc.
• General cleaning of property
• Maintain property grounds with landscaping tools and equipment
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Must have experience with maintenance and grounds keeping 
• Capable of wearing an Express t-shirt and cargo or khaki pants (khaki or black in color)
