We are seeking a detail-oriented QC/Trimmer to join our production team. This role is responsible for inspecting finished products for quality, trimming excess material, ensuring customer specifications are met, and preparing items for the next stage of production. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect printed and decorated products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Trim excess material from finished products using hand tools, cutting equipment, or other production machinery.
• Verify product specifications including size, color, placement, print quality, and overall appearance.
• Identify defects, imperfections, or production issues and report findings to supervisors.
• Remove defective products from production runs and document quality concerns.
• Maintain production standards while meeting daily output goals.
• Accurately count, sort, bundle, and package finished products for shipment or further processing.
• Follow work instructions, quality procedures, and customer requirements.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Assist other production departments as needed to support workflow demands.
• Adhere to all safety policies and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, quality control, or finishing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects.
• Ability to use measuring tools, cutting devices, and inspection equipment.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
