Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for multiple positions with EP Graphics in Berne, IN! We have opportunities available across several areas, including Maintenance, Bindery, Forklift, and Pressroom.

Open Positions Include:

🔧 Maintenance

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues.

• Assist with preventative maintenance and keep equipment operating safely.

📦 Bindery

• Operate and monitor bindery and finishing equipment.

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Stack, package, and prepare completed products for shipment.

🚜 Forklift

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility.

• Load and unload materials and organize inventory.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

🖨️ Pressroom

• Assist with operating and monitoring printing presses.

• Load materials and monitor production for quality.

• Perform basic adjustments and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or mechanical experience is preferred depending on the position.

• Forklift and maintenance experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as required.
