We are seeking a detail-oriented Embroiderer to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating commercial embroidery equipment to customize apparel, headwear, bags, and promotional products according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to producing high-quality finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate single-head and multi-head commercial embroidery machines.
• Load garments and materials into embroidery equipment and ensure proper alignment.
• Read and interpret work orders, embroidery layouts, and production schedules.
• Select appropriate thread colors and materials based on customer specifications.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and identify stitching issues.
• Perform thread changes, tension adjustments, and basic machine troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Trim excess threads and prepare completed products for packaging and shipment.
• Maintain production records and accurately track completed orders.
• Follow quality standards and production deadlines to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with sorting, organizing, and staging materials for upcoming jobs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous embroidery, textile production, screen printing, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn embroidery equipment operation.
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and machine interface operation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
