Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Car Lift Installer / Repair Technician for a local company in Ossian, IN! This is a physically demanding opportunity for a hardworking, dependable individual responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining automotive lifts. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with heavy lifting and working in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities:

• Install and assemble automotive car lifts according to specifications.

• Perform repairs, maintenance, and adjustments on car lift equipment.

• Use hand tools and equipment to complete installation and repair tasks.

• Lift, carry, and position heavy equipment and components.

• Follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.

• Inspect equipment to identify issues and ensure proper operation.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous mechanical, installation, construction, or equipment repair experience preferred.

• Must be comfortable performing heavy lifting and physically demanding work.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials throughout the workday.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to use basic hand tools.

• Must be dependable and safety-conscious.

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various physical positions for extended periods.

Physical Requirements:

This is a very physical position that requires frequent heavy lifting, moving equipment, bending, kneeling, and working with automotive lift components. Candidates must be physically capable of safely performing the essential job duties.
