Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates for both 1st shift to join our client's team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes and the ability to operate various equipment safely and effectively.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks for loading and unloading materials
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and order fulfillment
• Perform picking and packing of orders with attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Assist in shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments against purchase orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to improve operational efficiency

Experience

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers is highly desirable and being okay with heights.
