Maintenance Supervisor

Located in Oshkosh, WI

Salary: up to $85,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: up to $85,000

Duties:

Supervise, direct, and work alongside a team of 1-2 maintenance personnel in daily maintenance activities.
Coordinate and prioritize maintenance work orders with plant management to support production schedules and minimize downtime.
Plan and assign maintenance projects related to facility repairs, equipment installations, and preventive maintenance programs.
Obtain quotes and coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, technical services, and equipment-related projects.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility-related issues.
Perform electrical installations, wiring modifications, and equipment connections to support manufacturing operations.
Maintain and repair plant communication systems, including telephone and in-house communication equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, sketches, equipment manuals, and technical drawings.
Level, align, install, and secure machinery, equipment, and auxiliary systems.
Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of manufacturing equipment including laminating machines, molding machines, ovens, vacuum chambers, compressors, machine tools, electric motors, and powered hand tools.
Complete plumbing repairs and installations, including pipes, valves, fixtures, toilets, and leak repairs.
Perform basic welding and brazing as required for maintenance projects.
Oversee facility maintenance including painting, flooring repairs, concrete refinishing, grounds maintenance, and general building upkeep.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and preventive maintenance standards.
Assume additional supervisory responsibilities within production areas when needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical training or related certifications preferred.
4-5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience required.
2-5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and facility maintenance systems.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
Proficiency using diagnostic equipment such as multi-meters, amp meters, oscilloscopes, and related testing instruments.
Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
