About the Role

Recruiting Specialist

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Recruiting Specialist to join our team! This role is responsible for driving applicant activity, connecting with candidates, increasing interview volume, and supporting recruiting and retention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Source and contact candidates through job boards, social media, past applicants, and associates.

• Conduct high-volume phone outreach to applicants and candidates.

• Support recruiting campaigns, job postings, email campaigns, and social media efforts.

• Manage Search Wizard activities and maintain accurate applicant information.

• Assist with job fairs, community recruiting, flyers, yard signs, and other local marketing initiatives.

• Run associate referral campaigns and track referral incentives using Whippy.

• Answer phones and assist associates, applicants, and clients with questions.

• Support front office operations during busy periods as needed.

• Collect associate and client feedback.

• Collaborate with the team to meet recruiting goals, including 60 interviews per week per recruiter.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with high-volume phone outreach and multitasking.

• Strong typing, data entry, and computer skills.

• Ability to learn new technology and recruiting systems quickly.

• Organized, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Goal-oriented with a positive, team-focused attitude.
