We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position will focus primarily on landscaping and grounds maintenance, with additional small maintenance tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will have previous landscaping experience and be comfortable working independently with common landscaping equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time hours and enjoys working outdoors and keeping properties looking their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Operate lawn mowers, weed whackers/string trimmers, and other basic landscaping equipment
• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas
• Assist with general grounds cleanup and upkeep
• Complete small maintenance and repair projects as needed
• Help keep outdoor areas clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Follow safety procedures and properly care for equipment
• Communicate with the manager regarding maintenance needs and completed work

Qualifications:

• Prior landscaping experience required
• Experience operating lawn mowers, weed whackers/string trimmers, and basic landscaping equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks
• Basic maintenance or handyman experience is a plus
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Must be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks
