What You'll Be Doing

• Perform hand soldering of components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies.
• Assemble and solder electromechanical components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality and workmanship.
• Identify and correct soldering defects and assembly issues.
• Use hand tools, soldering equipment, microscopes, and other production equipment as required.
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate quality or production concerns with supervisors and quality personnel.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience with PCB soldering and electromechanical assembly required.
• Experience with hand soldering electronic components.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation.
• IPC certification or electronics manufacturing experience is a plus.
