Duties for the Industrial Painter are:

• Prepare surfaces by removing rust, debris, and old coatings using wire brushes or chemical treatments
• Apply paint and coatings using spray equipment to machines, products, and surfaces
• Inspect finished work to ensure proper coverage, color consistency, and quality standards

Requirements for the Industrial Painter include:

• Previous experience as a spray painter; automotive collision repair background preferred
• Strong knowledge of paint mixing, spray techniques, and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and twisting; must be able to distinguish colors accurately
