Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a Troy-based manufacturer whose core business focuses on applying specialized materials to fasteners and assemblies for locking, sealing, masking, lubricating, and noise and vibration dampening applications.

We are currently seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk with forklift experience to join their team.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the shipment and receipt of incoming and outgoing products, materials, and supplies
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Sort, organize, and stock incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory logs and daily count sheets
• Verify shipments and ensure inventory accuracy
• Utilize computer systems to track inventory and shipping information
• Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

 

Qualifications

• Previous forklift (hi-lo) experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company software systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed
