We are currently seeking Accounting Clerks in the HRM area for a variety of roles. If you have experience with invoicing, reconciliations, or general accounting support, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
•Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end reporting
• Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation
• Enter and update data in accounting systems with a high level of accuracy
• Assist with payroll preparation and expense tracking (role-dependent)
• Support the accounting team with general administrative and clerical tasks

 Qualifications and Skills:
• Prior experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an asset
