We are looking for a Room Attendant Supervisor for the Keys!

 

Summary: As a housekeeping supervisor, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department in this resort. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all guest rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise, overlook, and motivate housekeeping staff.
• Assign tasks and schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor staff performance and address any issues. 
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas. 
• Respond to guest complaints or requests in a timely and professional manner. 

 

Qualifications: 

• Strong leadership and management skills. 
• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality management. 
• English required.
