Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Capable of reading scripts effectively and accurately
• Review and interpret site surveys and code checks
• Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers
• Order and expedite missing or damaged materials to the job site
•  Review and approve job completion photos

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Accurately input and manage data
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Individual with expertise in phone communication
