Senior Plant Accountant

Located in Mount Pocono, PA

Salary: $80K-$85K Annual Salary

Monday-Friday office hours

This role owns the full breadth of site-level accounting, product costing, and financial forecasting, and serves as the primary finance partner to plant operations leadership, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

 

Transactional accounts payable and accounts receivable processing will be handled by the company's shared services organization; the Senior Plant Accountant will serve as the on-site liaison to that team, ensuring accuracy, resolving exceptions, and maintaining proper site-level coding.

 

This position is being established as our client transitions to independent operations following its acquisition. The Senior Plant Accountant will play a foundational role in building the site's finance infrastructure from the ground up, partnering closely with the Chief Financial Officer to establish processes, controls, and reporting capabilities appropriate for a standalone manufacturing operation.
