Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local manufacturing company to hire a Dimensional Inspector. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, machining, or inspection experience who is looking to grow their skills in quality inspection.

What You'll Do

As a Dimensional Inspector, you'll inspect aluminum castings and machined parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional specifications.

Your responsibilities may include:

🔎 Inspecting aluminum castings and machined parts
📐 Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
🛠️ Using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other precision measuring tools
💻 Performing CMM inspections as needed
⚙️ Working with production and manufacturing teams to ensure parts meet specifications
✔️ Following established quality and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

✔️ Experience in inspection, machining, machine operation, or a related manufacturing environment
✔️ Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools
✔️ CMM experience is a plus, but not required
✔️ Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
✔️ Comfortable working in a foundry environment
✔️ Flexible availability; occasional weekends or holidays may be required
