What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business through referrals, networking, lead generation, and community outreach
• Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend the right coverage
• Quote, sell, and service Property & Casualty insurance products
• Build strong client relationships that encourage retention and referrals
• Follow up on leads, policy renewals, and cross-selling opportunities
• Educate clients on coverage options, policy benefits, and risk management
• Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems
• Work toward individual sales goals and performance metrics
• Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes

What You'll Bring

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Insurance sales, customer service, or related experience is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with computer systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office
• Great organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with an independent or captive agency, personal or commercial lines, or a Life & Health license are all a plus, but not required
