Are you a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts and ensure exceptional service every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

• Manage customer orders, pricing, deliveries, and schedule changes
• Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts
• Resolve issues involving pricing, shipping, packaging, credits, claims, and deliveries
• Support quote requests and order processing workflows
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Interface with customer websites and account portals
• Assist with account analytics and performance tracking

What We're Looking For:

• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Manufacturing or industrial industry knowledge preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player willing to support other customer service functions as needed
