Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $75K+

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in digital printing operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of pre-press processes, print quality standards, and digital production workflows.
• Exceptional color management skills with the ability to maintain consistent print quality.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage production employees.
• Strong workflow coordination and production scheduling skills with the ability to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety, quality standards, and process compliance.
• Ability to balance productivity, quality, safety, and team performance in a second-shift production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all Digital Department operations during second shift, ensuring high standards of print quality, productivity, safety, and team performance.
• Manage digital print production and equipment operations to maintain efficient and consistent production.
• Oversee pre-press approvals and color management to ensure finished products meet established quality standards.
• Coordinate production workflows and schedules to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Lead, train, develop, and motivate employees while maintaining a productive and accountable team environment.
• Monitor production quality and identify opportunities to improve processes, workflow, and overall department performance.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, quality requirements, and established production processes.
