Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-Minute Lunch)

Job Summary

We are seeking a warm, professional Customer Service Representative for a local business in Gretna. In this front-facing role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering incoming calls, greeting walk-in visitors, and providing general administrative support. Prior experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet incoming clients and visitors with a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.

• Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, answer customer inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate team members.

• Assist clients with basic policy information, account inquiries, and documentation.

• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, scanning, and mail distribution.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous customer service or front-desk experience required; insurance industry experience is a major plus.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant phone personality.

• Computer Skills: Comfortable using basic office software, email, and customer databases.

• Professionalism: Punctual, dependable, and capable of handling customer questions with tact and patience.
