• Must be available to work flexible hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English to understand safety instructions, training, and job-related documentation.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and using ladders or elevated equipment.
• Must be able to work safely around corn, wheat, grain dust, and related agricultural products without an allergic reaction that would prevent performance of essential job duties.
