Automotive Service Technician / Tire Tech
Location: Kenner, LA 70062
Pay Rate: $15.00 / hour
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician / Tire Tech for an immediate opportunity in the Kenner area. In this role, you will handle hands-on tire maintenance, installations, and general shop services. If you have solid experience with mounting, dismounting, and balancing tires—and a strong work ethic—we want to speak with you!
Perform tire services including dismounting, mounting, repairing, and balancing tires efficiently and accurately.
Conduct basic routine automotive maintenance and vehicle fluid/lube services as needed.
Inspect tires and vehicles for wear, damage, or safety hazards.
Safely operate tire machines, balancers, jacks, and pneumatic shop tools.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop work environment.
Experience: Prior experience as a Tire Technician or Automotive Service Tech required (lube technician experience is a plus).
Practical Skills: Must be able to demonstrate practical skill during the interview (dismount, remount, and balance a tire).
Driver's License: Must possess a valid Driver's License.
