A local foundry in Muskegon, MI is looking for Finishers to join their team. This position involves grinding, shakeout, and deburring cast parts. Candidates with manufacturing or foundry experience are encouraged to apply. Pay and Benefits

• $19.00 per hour on 3rd Shift (includes $1.00 shift premium)
• Full-time, long-term opportunity
• Evaluation-to-hire (contract-to-hire with potential for permanent placement)
• $2.00/hour attendance bonus for hired-in associates
• Opportunities for long-term employment and advancement

Shift Available

• 3rd Shift: 7:30 pm – 6:00 am
• Overtime on Fridays
• Training on 1st Shift for 2–4 weeks: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Operate grinders to finish cast parts
• Perform shakeout operations
• Use deburring tools to remove excess material from parts
• Inspect finished parts for quality
• Follow all safety procedures in a foundry environment

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Foundry experience preferred
• Ability to work safely in an industrial environment
• Good spatial awareness and attention to surroundings
• Ability to lift and handle parts weighing up to 20 pounds
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
