Job Ad — Waterproofing / Construction Laborer

Express Employment Professionals is hiring 2 Construction Laborers to support ongoing waterproofing and concrete/pavement projects in the Denver area. This is hands-on outdoor work for someone comfortable with physical labor, general hand tools, and moving materials around an active job site.

 

Pay: $20–$25/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday; start/end times TBD
Location: Centennial, CO
Position Type: Temporary/Project-Based — starting Monday, 9/28 and potentially continuing through December

Job Highlights

• Assist with concrete, pavement and waterproofing work
• Use rakes, shovels and other general hand tools
• Rake and level materials
• Operate a proprietary sprayer to apply waterproofing material
• Move bags of concrete, 5-gallon buckets of sealant and other materials throughout the job site
• Work alongside the project team to keep materials and work areas moving efficiently

What We Look For

• Construction or general labor experience preferred
• Comfortable with physically demanding work
• Able to lift and move construction materials throughout the day
• Experience with basic hand tools
• Dependable transportation and strong attendance
• Comfortable working outdoors and around active construction sites
