A growing distribution and fulfillment company is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join their team.

This position is responsible for order fulfillment, picking and packing products, shipping and receiving, inventory organization, and general warehouse operations. Team members will help ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch break plus two paid 15-minute breaks

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Warehouse Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Process and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks.
• Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize inventory and maintain designated storage locations.
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory control procedures.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
• Maintain packing supply levels and notify management of shortages.
• Prepare shipping materials and packages according to company standards.
• Keep warehouse aisles, workstations, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.
• Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying product quantities.
• Support team members with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Complete basic documentation and inventory records accurately.
• Contribute to a productive, positive, and team-oriented work environment.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications / Skills:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and business needs.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds regularly.
• Ability to push, pull, and move pallets using manual pallet jacks.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Pallet jack experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Candidates with minor or non-violent background offenses may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
