Duties:

• Issue purchase orders (POs) for raw materials and non-production items,
• including industrial spare parts, safety equipment, facility supplies, and consumables.

• Source competitive quotes from approved vendors for various operational supplies and services.

• Partner with the maintenance, receiving, and accounts payable teams to ensure the smooth flow of goods and swift resolution of invoice or delivery issues.

• Monitor shared procurement inboxes, manage filing systems, and coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders and vendor representatives.

• Monitor the status of open purchase orders, interfacing with suppliers, and communicate any material delays to internal stakeholders.

What we look for…

• MUST be able to pass a colorblind test
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, plant-floor environment
• Finger dexterity and hand/eye coordination for operation of office equipment, including PC.

• Carrying files, supplies, ability to move, carry and lift-up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to speak and hear customers, vendors and/or other employees via phone
