Flux Welder Needed!!!!

One will perform Flux-Core (FCAW) welding on structural steel, pipe assemblies, frames, brackets, and heavy-equipment components. Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings to ensure accurate weld placement and fit-up. Set up welding machines, adjust wire speed, voltage, and gas flow, and maintain proper weld parameters for various materials and thicknesses. Conduct fit-up, tack welding, and final welds on assemblies according to project specifications. Inspect welds for quality, penetration, and uniformity; perform repairs or rework as needed.
Use grinders, torches, clamps, squares, and measuring tools to prepare materials and ensure proper alignment. Work with carbon steel, structural steel, and heavy-gauge materials commonly used in pipeline and industrial equipment fabrication. Collaborate with fabrication teams, machinists, and assemblers to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage, hot-work procedures, and equipment lockout/tagout. Assist with material handling, including operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment when needed.
