Material Handler

A manufacturing company located in Saline is seeking material handlers.

Experienced needed to succeed as a Material Handler

• 6 months of forklift experience
• 6 months of material handling experience
• 6 months of shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• HS diploma or equivalent

What you’ll be doing as the Material Handler

• Locate, move, and convey materials using hand-trucks, pallet jacks, industrial trucks, or electric hoists based on work orders and instructions.

•  Load and unload goods from various vehicles (such as semi-trucks, trailers, and delivery trucks), and stack, assemble, or bundle materials safely and efficiently.

•  Open containers to count, weigh, and record items on daily production sheets, apply identifying labels, and inspect shipments to report any damage, shortages, or quality deficiencies.

• $18.70 hourly
• Monday-Friday, 3:30pm – 2:00am
  • Mandatory overtime when scheduled
