Bilingual Assemblers Needed - Tualatin, OR

We're hiring Bilingual Assemblers for a growing manufacturing company in Tualatin! If you have experience using power tools, enjoy hands-on work, and are comfortable with caulking and assembly, we'd like to talk with you.

Pay & Schedule

$21.50/hr - Swing Shift
Monday - Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Optional overtime on Fridays

Job Duties

• Assemble HVAC units and components using hand and power tools
• Use impact drivers, drills, and other assembly equipment throughout the shift
• Apply caulking and sealants to help prevent air and water leaks
• Read and follow work instructions and blueprints
• Drill into steel and assist with structural assembly
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Work with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Experience with power tools required
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable with strong attention to detail
