Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a motivated and dependable individual for an Entry-Level Field Technician position. This is a full-time opportunity with a growing company that provides residential and commercial services throughout Southeast Wyoming. Pay: $18.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced technicians job sites.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Perform demolition, cleanup, hauling, and general labor tasks as needed.
  • Learn construction and field service skills including repairs, remodeling, site preparation, and maintenance work.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow instructions, safety procedures, and company standards.
  • Contribute to team productivity and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Construction, maintenance, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to safety.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
