We have a Direct to Consumer Coordinator. You will lead and oversee daily operations and guide a small team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (Spanish & English), a strong team player, and comfortable supervising others in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Lead, direct, and supervise a small group of employees.

- Ensure daily DTC operations run smoothly and efficiently.

- Utilize scanning systems accurately and consistently.

- Coordinate workflow and maintain productivity.

- Communicate clearly with team members and management.

- Operate Forklift machines only as needed.

 

Requirements:

 

- Fluent in Spanish and English (required).

- Previous experience leading or supervising a small team.

- Experience using scanning equipment and systems.

- Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, system navigation).

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Reliable, organized, and punctual.
