Inside Sales Associate

Express Employment Professionals - St. Paul, MN is assisting an Carpet & Flooring Retailer in filling a Sales/Customer Service position. This is a family owned business and great ground floor opportunity with excellent pay and benefits. Apply now if you meet the following requirements.

 

Pay: $24/hour + commission

 

Work Schedule: Mon – Friday 9AM – 6PM with every other Saturday and one eve till 6PM

(Set schedule to be determined upon interview)       

Responsibilities include:

• Answer inbound calls from customers.
• Assist walk-ins with carpet and flooring selection.
• Provide excellent service and be knowledgeable.
• Close mostly residential sales
• Start and end the entire sales & consultation process from start to finish with the customer – Handle inquiries, set appts, show & help select product, complete bids, read measures by estimators, set installation.

Qualifications:

• Go getter with a personal presence and confidence
• Curious and pro-active with strong follow through
• Organized, desire to learn products, ability to think on their feet
• Knowledge of flooring a plus but not required
• Confident, customer service mindset.
• Customer service experience a plus
• Able to work Saturdays
• Strong written and oral communication skills
