This floater position supports multiple departments, helping with production tasks, material movement, shipping preparation, facility upkeep, and general operational support as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with various production and finishing processes
• Move materials and products between workstations
• Support packaging, shipping, and inventory activities
• Perform basic facility maintenance and housekeeping tasks
• Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and organization
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Provide support wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or maintenance experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to assist in multiple areas
• Strong attention to detail and team-oriented mindset
